I live in the South West of England where much of my inspiration comes from the beautiful land and seascapes in the surrounding area. I also like to travel whenever possible and always aim to capture some of the mood and atmosphere from the locations that I visit, whether that’s in the natural environment, the people, or the architecture, it all plays a part in forming the living character of our towns, cities and countryside.

Photography for me is more a pleasure than an occupation, the enjoyment of being immersed in the creative process of making a photograph is very satisfying and rewarding in itself. With the increasingly mad rush of modern life becoming ever more consuming, taking the time out to truly appreciate our surroundings is easily overlooked. I love the freedom and adventure that outdoor photography offers, each trip out with the camera is a great opportunity to step aside from daily life and open my eyes to the wider world.
